Demag Injection Moulding Equipment

On injection moulding systems EnviroStart controls the start and power management of the primary hydraulic pump or pumps. Typical system savings on the majority of installations are between 12 and 20% providing paybacks of between 12 and 15 months. Secondary applications exist for DPR control of the band heating elements.

EnviroStart readily accomodates the very rapid load transitions typical of injection moulding machines and smoothes peak current excursions to reduce potential kVA impact on supplies.
