Digital Voltage and Digital Pulse Regulators

The EnviroStart range of solid state Voltage Regulators are designed to provide either adjustable voltage or adjustable phase firing to three phase inductive and resistive loads.

When used in conjunction with 'High Slip' motors, DVR's can

be used to produce a low-cost speed control system for quadratic loads such as fans and pumps, within certain limits imposed by the motor design.

DPR’s can be used to provide control to resistive and inductive heating systems with virtually zero harmonic contribution. All DVR/DPR units have Ramp Time, Maximum Voltage and Minimum Voltage adjustments, to give maximum user flexibility.

EnviroStart Voltage and Power Regulators provide solid state control of the load or process. This eliminates the problems of reliability and maintenance associated with traditional electro-mechanical methods of control.

A wide range of input signals is catered for, including dual input, where the larger signal can be selectable if required.

Digital Voltage Regulators (DVR)

These are phase-angle controls and provide simple but accurate management of high-slip motors with low system inertia loads such as fans and pumps.

Digital Pulse Regulators (DPR)

These use burst-fire (zero-cross), technology to give zero harmonic contribution control of loads with high system inertia such as inductive heating ovens.
